Frequently asked questions

Is the Glasgow 2026 calendar free?
Yes — completely free, with no account, app, or sign-up required.
Can I follow only certain sports?
Yes. Tick just the sports you want and your calendar includes only those sessions. Leave them all ticked for the full programme.
How do I subscribe?
On iPhone or Mac, tap “Add to calendar.” In Google Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports iCal/ICS, copy the feed link and add it as a subscription. It then keeps itself up to date automatically.
Does it show medal winners?
Yes. Once a medal event finishes, the gold, silver and bronze winners appear in that event’s notes in your calendar, updating automatically as the Games unfold (23 July – 2 August 2026). Finishing times and full placings aren’t included.
How many sports and sessions are there?
Ten sports across 136 sessions over eleven days in Glasgow, with para events integrated into each sport.
Which calendar apps does it work with?
Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and any other app that supports subscribing to an iCal/ICS URL.
Who made this, and is it official?
It’s an independent, unofficial project by Stefan Imbesi, a designer in Melbourne — free, with no ads or sign-up. Schedule data comes from the official Commonwealth Sport results feed. If it’s saved you some hassle, you can chip in toward hosting with a coffee — entirely optional, and the calendar stays exactly the same either way.
